🌍 Project A136
Africa. 1 million Jobs. By 2036.
On January 26th, 2026, it’s 11:18pm, from my office at Saltbox in Atlanta, Georgia, I made a decision that will define the next decade of my life.
I am dedicating the next 10 years to one mission:
Create 1,000,000 new jobs across Africa.
Not someday.
Not theoretically.
But practically, measurably, and sustainably.
Why Africa? Why Now?
By 2030, 40% of the world’s youth will be African.
By 2050, 85% of the growth in the global workforce will come from Africa.
Africa today:
The future workforce of the world is African.
The question is not if Africa will rise.
The question is:
Will we prepare our youth to lead that rise?
The Problem
Millions of talented African youth are ready to build businesses and create solutions.
But they face four major barriers:
Talent exists.
Opportunity does not.
The Solution — Project A136
Project A136 is an ecosystem designed to unlock African youth entrepreneurship at scale.
Our 10-Year Plan

Why Me?
I am 65 years old.

Born in small city called Kyela, Mbeya in Tanzania without privilege, I am a first born with big responsibility. I learned early how to create opportunities where none existed.
Over five decades, I have:
Now it’s my turn to give back.
Project A136 is my life’s work.
It is not charity.
It is not aid.
It is empowerment through entrepreneurship.
Because jobs create dignity.
Dignity creates stability.
Stability creates prosperity.
And prosperity transforms nations.
